Consideration for 80% of Georgina is 1.15b ARO shares which will be held by GRV. That's equal to a 19.7 stake in ARO. It appears ARO have a number of other projects which GRV will benefit from in addition to Georgina if they are successful. GRV retain the NSR royalty at Georgina. In relation to selling the remaining 20% of Georgina, that would be subject to independent valuation if it were to proceed.
On balance I think it was the right decision to divest Georgina and focus on Alpha and Geothermal.
