The problem with PSA paying dividends is that they'll always going to be unfranked dividends as it'll probably never pay Aust tax to get franking credits.
Investors holding in their personal name are going to pay high margin tax on dividends whereas with a capital gain you can reduce it by half if you've held the shares for more than 12 months in a personal name.
