I was onsite earlier this year and have to say I left thinking that the maintenance crew at Ok Vau are as good as, or in fact better, than any i have come across in my years in the mining game.
Determined, skilled, and able to get things done in a remote and challenging environment with virtual no local support, eg Engineering shops, suppliers etc. Definitely the sort of team you need for a location like Ok Vau, think of a mining team of McGuyver's...not only that they are good bunch of blokes to boot.
If anyone will keep the plant running, and can find a way to meet guidance it is these guys IMO.
