lmao... let me get this straight.
LOM management get criticism that they can't repatriate funds quickly enough based on the massive profits the mine is making, but this is also proof that the mine isn't being run profitably. The Angolans are going to fix this situation by bringing in a company that is going to force them to pay them their share on time.
