NT Govt only there so they have an infrastructure partner in the MOU at this stage, not much else. NAIF is another matter but I would guess they are well aware of current machinations and they already committed $AUD400m to Amaroo which didn't eventuate so that may well be in the kitty still for like projects in the area.
Time will tell.
In the meantime it has to AEV has 210m fresh new shares to digest and whatever of the 1.2bn old stale shares to churn as well.
