Can I ask, if we had the Capital Raising at 24cents to progress to P3 - and now we are only going to P2B, should some of those funds be returned as they are NOW not being used for what they were mean to be ?
I know most would have participated on the knowledge of a certain pathway to P3 and therefore commercialisation. If the intent has now changed, surely some funds should be returned.
This has happened to FAR Limited - where funds were raised and then not used for the intended purposes.
