    definitely won't attack someone who has taken the time to obtain & share what you have. thank you

    never seen EPA block a project; despite the unusual lengthiness of this VRX EPA submission.

    who do you think as at fault here? is your impression VRX not presented enough info? or is your impression the EPA has been extremely fastidious?
