Unfortunately we wont get the chance to vote on all board positions this AGM TB.
But I would strongly urge all shareholders to vote against the remuneration report.
I'm happy for the executive (not non-execs) to get options as part of a package - it motivates the long term. And if they do it right, it shouldn't be that long anyway. Then payday, but for now cash should be conserved and work done with the promise of future gains.
Otherwise its just snouts in the trough.
