Secondly, I doubt the authorities would have approved the work schedule etc without some assurance of funding too?

With plays like this you basically back management, that's is what i am doing, backing Wolfman to secure a good deal/famr in, risk/reward play...simple.

Weigh up the risks of failure with the upside potential and invest accordingly, if this was a sure thing, the share price wouldn't be 10cents...as a say, invest accordingly.
