For some odd reason I cannot get over this one comment by the CEO of Acadia (if my memory serves me right). He mentioned Trofinetide to be "ripe". It is a very odd term to use in this kind of setting, unless and this is my point, He sees the compound characteristics incl. the data from TBI days, Fragile X and now Rett.
Given the change of indications each time the understanding of the product behavior in humans grew with each study. My believe and thoughts are this is only beneficial in relation to the current MAA for Rett Syndrome.
