The rise in the SP in the past days or weeks have been attributed to the inclusion of AGY in the 300 club and has woken up super funds from their slumber. Well and good, and it has been helped by the slump in the market whereby instos divert their funds out of the red and look for greener pastures.
Lost in the whole scenario is the fact that in most developing countries, particularly where the Cross reigns, newly constructed production facilities do not go straight to production but are celebrated by such a thing as an inauguration. And when such a thing is announced, local government officials, and in some cases, national, are invited and it is in such events where support are laid out in concrete.
Now, AGY is based in WA, an AFL state and having the AFL grand finals on the weekend. So, any announcement that will be lost in the priority of things have to be set aside till the event is over.
Next week, is month-end. Something seems to be cooking behind the scenes. Ummmmm, but I am a dreamer and it might just be a dream. DYOR.
