Thanks Mr. Asia ,well the Theory is there and it goes like this; company makes an Announcement or Announcements which may be to validate their performance over the last Six months or Year =(a defensive move), Directors and the Company get 'run down' and perhaps even sometimes slandered in the Press (an attacking move by the Prediator) or on a website like this =(an attacking move by the Prediator), then there is a high Turnover of the affected Company's Shares at low Share Prices.
