    Chariot Resources Limited (CHD-T) announced to the TSX on 22nd Feb that a third party was looking at purchasing all CHD shares.

    A DFS was completed by CHD in June 2009 for a 60tpa production mine(s) in Peru.

    Shares currently trading at .059 CAD so a premium to 0.75 would equate to approx $300million AUD to purchase (based roughly on 350 million shares at 0.75CAD converted with exchange rate of 1 AUD to 0.95CAD).

    Is this within PNA's budget?
