The long answer could not be fitted into in a 500 page book!!

So this is the short answer:
1.) There is an Aussie mining "magician", named Andrew Bell living in London, who is the CEO of RRR (Red Rock Resources (listed on London stock exchange))and RSL ; he is also the former CEO of Jupiter (JMS)
2.) He revitalised and restructured JMS and did a deal with Pallinghurst ; then the two companies jointly set up a US $ 1 billion funding deal from a combination of POSCOC, a leading global steel maker , AMCI, Investec, and NGP Midstream Resources.
3.) JMS moved from a 6c company to a 22c company and has yesterday suspended trading because of a major announcement!!! Andrew Bell through RRR still has about 25% of the shareholding!
4.)Now Andrew Bell has on a public video release explained how he has a similar vision for RSL, but to be even bigger and better. Once he has restructured an packaged RSL correctly, has has a massive Chinese company waiting in the wings to fund the uranium production!
