You just said that management had no say in the share price. So they are just hoping the market send the SP to the moon?
The truth is that the board ultimately do control the price. They build the company and the market values it. Currently they aren't building much and they don't look like they are able to build either.
To their credit they have managed to drill three wells, but I suspect at the moment they are getting their butts handed to them as they try and negotiate land deals, equity stakes, court approvals and everything else in the dog eat dog world of drilling for oil in Oklahoma. These guys could be way out of their league.
