Usually if it's a consolidation it just usually happens..

The difference with this is it's a consolidation plus other matters taking place a General Meeting....

However GML has a lot of small investors..

It seems that the only way to Vote will be to attend
Vote on the day via the Virtual Meeting
or appoint a proxy
I think this will effect many shareholders that are not familiar with just being able to send a vote into the Share registry....

How the vote goes will I think depend on the major Shareholders firstly I haven't done the figures but previously the smaller shareholders were the majority. I think this could prove difficult for a few.

I would like to read properly the "Independent Experts report"...?? it is stated
"Not Fair but Reasonable"

There is a month to go before the Virtual Meeting and its now all out there so how this will effect the SP we will find out next few days....

At the moment I am not very happy as we have been advised that the aim is to give shareholders value....
Consolidation at the moment is not value but a loss as I see it....


I have a reasonable portfolio but have been backing this project for a very longtime now........I'm not particularly happy with this announcement. Lots benefits for those who actually have no real Skin in the Game.....

GML need to give a better explanation as to the benefits for those people who have been backing them up to now...They have 30 Mil in the bank this all raised from the last CR at ,24c now sitting at .057
