I had a tenant vacate end of last month, I needed to do a couple of days work on the place, new tenant didn't care and moved in while the other tenant was moving out. Had another tenant move out over the weekend, I needed 6-8 wks to paint and reroof, had my agent call, he has 2 tenants that want to move in now. What a pain in the butt. What is happening?.
