With their product positioned as a lower cost alternative, surely now is the time to strike? While their customers are battening down the hatches and looking for ways to cut costs.
I'm interested how sales are going outside of the GM space / why are they not gaining traction? Is it the product lacking key features the potential customers need? Is the migration cost too high?
If so, I'd hope the dev team are working on enhancements and migration tools to make it an easier sell.
