Why would the analyst be embarrassed?
Their analysis is based on a model.
Thats the whole point of investing, one's trash is another's treasure, weak hand sell into strong hands.
We invest because we analyse the future price, and that's what the analyst have provided. Their analyst believes the future sp of SFR will be higher than the current price, it's as simple as that.
