Thanks for the info. After reading your straight forward comments, (and that is the way it should be in any of the forums), my fears about what is, and has been going on with AAR for a very long time, are confirmed.

I am unhappy to say then, that as far as the Management goes, we need a big broom and sweep the whole board out of the road and start afresh. It is the only chance we have to move forward. If not, they will continue to treat us all with contempt while paying themselves big money and rewarding themselves as they see fit.

As IGO4IT wrote, no more YES to the next resolutions put in front of us for a vote. A big NO is what should happen next and wake them up from their long letargic dreams which have happened to be at our costs.
