Aside from Roly I don't think shares issued to other management will have a material impact. We will be able to vote on Roly's remuneration package similar to what was approved last year:
The magnitude of the impact on the SP when the demo plant is approved is unknown but time is ticking for Class A Performance Rights to be earned. I don't think Class B will be earned anytime soon.
