Agreed: flood does not bring another business to the leadership position. It is a one-time (unknown) impact on cash flow. Unknown, because it can be an opportunity for disaspora to bring money in and buy => more business.
But who cares: SELL. I m going to buy this to my nose (and I am short in cash now)! Kepp the price down for a year please. Path to success doesn't come clearer than this. The fact that it is not 10 times its current market cap is another testimony of the stupidity of the market.
