    Have been noticing that for quite a while about 500 000 shares come on sale at about 3 cents (lately)just before the market opens and if not all sold are removed at the end of the day. Since they have converted quite a few notes and have to keep the price low in order to convert some more are they an investor or just in for the quick buck?
