To be fair, I think that these questions refer to Zig Ventures, which is unlisted and Singapore based. I have been in touch with them and they will send you a certificate if you want it. There is no sensible valuation that I can find.
of course I presume that you asked all this at the recent agm? It was your opportunity to question the company, so if you ignored it then it is your own fault.
