To me this is more than an infrastructure buildout, it is a generational changing energy project.

To realise the massive potential at the very least one or two (maybe more like the North West Shelf project) are needed to join the JV. Also we will require many major companies as off take partners.

PRL could retain a smaller slice of the pie as the project evolves and majors are brought in (TE will have a say on whom) and stay the journey or we could succumb to a large offer to take us out.

Which ever way it unfolds in due course I do believe us current shareholders will be rewarded.

I am interested in other more knowledgeable posters thoughts on this next phase as we are getting closer to the pointy end.

Notwithstanding the current share price does PRL look the same in structure (ie 50% with TE) in 2yrs or 5yrs or will we be a smaller percentage of a massive company or taken out at a decent premium?

We all have different investment strategies and with that in mind I'm interested in others views.
