financial report: loss making

The report is out, lets discuss whats in the coffers and where and how the company intends to reach that target. Could be that I read in between lines, but it appears MMZ is still making a loss albeit, less loss than prev yr, right? Hotshot is promising lots, right? There is a beauracracy (overloaded-too many names) in management given the fact that the company recorded NIL profit? Whats your take guys? Lets not speculate without much substance? If there arent enough dollars, chances are high that these guys will come back and suck out money from shareholders for any potential JV? Who would want JV with an sp that is realising any profits? How do we know this MOU will materialise? The financial report whilst it is correct, is not very convincing? Anyone to comment??
