Sorry everyone. What I called net debt ratio is actually the net cash ratio (in other words a negative value shows more debt than cash/equivalents on hand and a positive value shows that cash exceeds debt). The ratio is also to Market Cap., rather than EV. Consequently, the ratio also applies to the SP so that the figure is a percentage of the SP as well as MC.
