i don't think a comparison to Cazaly's market cap is really relevant here when taking into account other projects held by both companys i haven't looked back into Vector too much but if as you say the MC is cash backed; then yes obviously at this level it is cheap....

i followed this company in 2008 based on their Nabberu project - but lost track when progress appeared to halt...

the board of directors while having held seats on numerous other resource companys are soley from a financial/management background which does concern me with any resource company if there is not a single seat allocated representing a geological background.....
