I agree, and its most probably due to no JORC out yet. Untill PENs name goes on the world listings for having a JORC resource, then I guess it would be hard to get recognition.
Even though I,m concentrating more on the permitting side of things being more important, I still could imagine for instance something like a hedge fund wanting to take up a 5% stake in PEN would possibly need at a minimum an inferred resource out before they could commit.
Pre Uranium Bubble and GFC, things were probably alot more lax for these investment houses to jump into stocks without JORCs out then, but I'd say policies have tightened up considerably since then.
So I agree Saylor, L/T it is good.
