I see Codelco as a serious partner and ones the go ahead is given by the president, I do not see any future problems or added politcal risks.

Chile is certainly one of the better countries to invest in south america.
And PNA is back to where they are good in, exploration and drilling out a resource, and feasibility studies to bring a mine in production.

For more info of the deal we will have to wait till monday for the ASX release that should shed more light at the deal.
