    I assumed "The consideration for the 2-year Option period is $300,000 cash." meant $300k was the price to be paid for the option when it was granted i.e. now. It would be good to know the truth of the matter, as I agree your $20-50k estimate is peanuts.
    I didn't realise that director costs are $500-600kpa - I'll check it out
