I am generally interested, what 26km of rail do they own? from which town/station to what town/station. Is it part of the Goonyella Line (refer to the Goonyella Line map below)? Who else uses this rail line?

sure they would likely own the portion of the rail that goes thru the mine site, which isn't used by anybody as far as i know (considering it was 'unused' previously). They upgraded this so they could use it - even on their website they state it was unused (and you also stated this). this rail than connects just north of blair athol coal mine to the Goonyella Line.

Following is map of Blair Athol, as far as I understand (excuse my poor paint work). The blue circle is where the Train Loadout facility that TER built a few years back (Apr 2018, for $12.3 million - 2018 Annual Report). The red line is the the previously 'unused agriculture' line.

The yellow line is the Goonyella Line, based of the information in the map above (from Aurizon). The purple circle is the original train loadout facility of Blair Athol Coal Mine that is now owned by Claremont Coal.
