Were there also tactical reasons to announce the 4th SOC within hours of the demerger, and broadcast that the company had found some juicy "treasure" on ASX via the discovery? Do you think the presence of the 4th "spitballing" SOC had any impact on the voting, and/ or shareholder perceptions regarding whether to stay in Australia? Do you recall at the time some of the very same posters,or new posters, advertising the case against ASX heavily, especially the new spitballing narrative, yet now appear content with the case ending without a trial? A couple of posters who are shareholders are calling this out and are now being attacked. Very odd don't you think?
