re on market buyback. You dont have to do anything. Slx just buy shares on market from willling sellers. No one is a forced seller.
re franking credits, they are credits of tax paid. I would imagine slx hasnt paid much tax!! The cameco money would likely be tax free to slx because they have something like a quarter of a billion dolllar accumulated loss to date. that distribution to us shareholders though would be taxable unless returned as capital.
im still backing share buyback unless convinced otherwise
