You will note that the transition from one month to another causes some odd discrepancies, and trading economics seem to like to use their own judgement as to when then make the change, rather than sticking to a hard and fast rule
i wouldnt be surprised if they transition to October futures tonight, giving the false impression of a drop in prices
even barchart are choosing to headline the December figure for their own wokey purposes
