I think until the Anglo gold (or is it Ashanti), thing is sorted out things will be slow. The thing is and correct me if I am wrong, if they come in now they have to pay 3 times the exploration costs up till now plus they have to prove up 2 million ounces or the deals off. There is a time factor. I am writing this from memory so I may be wrong do your own research. Now this only applies to certain parts of the lease.
If the other coy comes in and proves up 2 million ounces our share would be 500,000 ounces which is still good. Again please check what I am saying as it is from memory. A lot of the leases are not covered by claw back agreements. Maybe a clarifying statement from the company would be a good thing. The claw back company may have six months to make a decision and this could hold back short time traders. Please check everything I have said or refer to the company for a statement as to the claw back details. I am just giving you this for a little bit of understanding and it is from memory and not the best of one.
