in all honesty, not trying to be offhandish, but you would do much better by just reading a couple of Hgos recent presentations or having a quick look on their website. That way you can take in as much or little detail as you wish.
Short answer - next milestone is Final investment decision most likely dependant on conformation of a finance deal.
