With very solid gold producers still losing 3-5% daily I feel a wave of PM takeovers and consolidations is imminent.... just a matter of who blinks first. RMS is now trading near to times 2 earnings. And it not like it's short of cash either. It's becoming a joke how cheap some of these well run mid tier miners are getting.
I think the $100mil loan facility should be deployed to snap up a local competitor to create that illusive '3rd hub'..... otherwise RMS will get eaten up themselves.
