Novonix no longer needed. Battery makers will do their own qualification testing. The first 2000L produced will be express dispatched to the US. Given Lilac has conducted over 20,000hrs of testing on Kachi brines there isn't any doubt the end LC produced will meet battery grade standards. If they achieve beyond that it's a bonus.
