Rio's plans to the north:
"We are investing $190 million to develop a small starter battery-grade lithium carbonate plant with a capacity of 3,000 tonnes per year and first saleable production in 2024. The investment also includes early works to support a full-scale operation, including power line and associated substations, construction camp and airstrip."

Looks like they will be playing catch up with AGY, IF their production process can actually deliver?!
Remember, Rincon (prior owner) claimed BG from its pilot plant in 2017 iirc....?
AFAICT they are talking about mid-late 2024, at best, by which time AGY could be very well advanced with construction of the 10ktpa expansion.
