maybe because they couldn’t find 300 investor or 20 mil
lets just assume here on HC there were 100 investors (already holders, but for some reason considered new) either already holders or friends family etc, that would mean they couldn’t find 200 investors.
we must be looking at a relisting price of approx 40c now, sad very sad.
