Says to me ACC were happy enough with the outcome of the site visit , want ramp up supply & are willing to pay on MT's terms (floating price) .... so let the Ann drop . With that in mind , I'd say they also know & are comfortable with how the funding / permit situation is going as well .
On a side note , if those muppets running MRC can go for a CRM grant then slap my ass & call me Karen .... this is in the bag.
