Keep in mind that they are issuing 1.159 billion new shares, so while the market cap will grow substantially, so will the shares on issue. Still appears like a good move with some big players on board and I notice they are still looking to participate in the consolodation of Iron Ore deposits owned by Mindax, Hawthorn, Cliffs, Golden West and Jupiter in the Central Yilgarn region.
