Rest of the world is going to be using it - fully tested and approved in their own jurisdictions at this rate despite starting years after MSB.
In Asia and Europe, they are simply copying MSB and getting the approval process underway and done while the FDA stalls for years and then admits they are very short staffed.....compared to the growing work pile.
I note this short staffing helps the big pharma funding the FDA....
