They may well want their own Port/Rail, but the Govt (and FMG) will need someone to build it for them. This is what I'd consider the wider scope for our project...rapidly connecting to mine sites in other adjacent African nations.

Also, if the Govt and/or FMG wanted to own the Port/Rail infrastructure, they'd be up for deca-billions. I can't see them doing that. Easier surely to piggyback onto existing networks/spur lines, soon-to-be-built infra.
