Dear Simon,
Ideally, KOR should offer its demerger shares and new IPOs when the market is buoyant and before (say)May, when tax-loss selling occurs in anticipation of the end of the financial year.
The market has not been buoyant. Hence, I would imagine KOR is thinking of late March for an EGM to approve the demergers and IPOs
