In terms of possible internal leaks, I think it’s unlikely they could happen.
For issues which the management deems to be potentially significant and highly likely, and therefore needing disclosure, they normally implement not just a Board/management trading ban but a whole-of-staff trading ban. For example; with the SMT ore supply announcement and the KBR Plinke MOU/performance guarantee pathway, they implemented a trading ban.
