Why are the recoveries so god-awful?
It's blowing the AISC out to worst quartile, if not for the secondary credits (which I often find difficult to trust).
Any chance they change the processing solutions to improve the recoveries to, IDK circa 75%?
The ROM pad if that's what it is seems dangerously close to heavily populated area. Surely they'll need to shift a lot of people out...
