gold used to be the age old inflation hedge, surely it should be reaching higher highs as an asset protection mechanism in this current global inflation storm.
just shows the shift to other asset alternatives (crypto?) in the modern world, but for the life of me cant work out why gold isnt powering ahead with this uplift to VIX....
mkts will continue to slide, i should shut up and take this rare opp to identify tremendous value stocks and load up accordingly. WGX is a standout for sure!
