I'm hoping that the mortality is a sudden event due to some stupid mistake when changing sea water(And they're too embarrassed to admit to carelessness). In that case, spawn in March CSS would have learnt the lesson and do it right to keep the fishes alive. That would be the beginning of a turnaround but in my opinion I wouldn't call it a miracle, it's something that should have been taken for granted in the first place.
